Q 1 – How to Register on Genuineopt?

Open the website genuineopt.com and click on Admin symbol right next to the Add to Cart icon. Upon clicking, you will be able to see options namely Login and Register. Enter your email id in the Register section and click on Register. A password will be sent to your provided email id for confirmation.

Q 3 – Do they look actual?

Actual Product color may be different from the website product Image.

Order and Returns

Q 4 – How to place an order?

Visit the website genuineopt.com and explore our wide range of products such as Mobile phone skin, smart phone covers, accessories such as POP Sockets, Cable Protectors, Watch straps and much more.

Click on ‘Select Options’ option below your favorite products and click on Add to Cart. Secondly, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’. Enter your billing address and choose your mode of payment. Click on ‘Place Order’.

Q 5 – How to buy a gift card/validity?

Click on the Gift Card section of the website genuineopt.com. Fill the fields and click on ‘Add to Cart’. Next, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’. Further, fill all the billing details and place your order.

Your gift card validity expires after one year from day of purchasing.

Q 6 – I received a Defective/ Damaged/ Wrong product, How can I replace the product?

Usually, this doesn’t happen, but if it happens we will replace the product for free, for replacement requests, you can email us at care@genuineopt.com

Q7 – I want to cancel my order?

You can cancel an order within 3 hours from the order time. Once the order is processed or dispatched, we can’t cancel the order.

Q 8 – Which Mode do you accept payment from?

We accept –

  • Debit card
  • Credit card
  • UPI
  • Net banking
  • COD.

Q 9 – I paid my order amount through Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI / Net Banking. Money has been deducted, but the order has not been successfully placed. What should I do?

This rarely happens.  But if this happens, the debited amount will be credited to your account in 7 working days.

Q 10 – Is any Cash Collect Changes?

Yes, you need to pay an additional 49.00 rs for COD.

Note: – You pay us via Credit card/Debit card/ UPI / Net Banking, which saves additional COD charges.

Q 12 – What is the product warranty?

Mobile cover contains 1-year warranty mobile cover printing.

Note – No replacement will be valid if the product undergoes any physical damage (like if print damaged by scratch)
